The building feels run down!!! Room maintenance issues, like bad-smelling fridges and non-working features, could use significant attention. Additionally, addressing smoke smells from the hallways would improve guest comfort dramatically!!!

Family with children, thoughtful service

The bed was comfortable, and they even remembered us each day at breakfast—like, they knew my son's favorites and made sure he got 'em! Also, my son turned 7 while we were there and the staff sang happy birthday, brought him a balloon and a card, it was, dare I say, touching.

During my stay, I was impressed by the delightful breakfast options, which included fresh pastries and a variety of fruit. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect for us, even remembering our names and preferences. The gym was also fantastic, open late and well-equipped for a great workout session. However, the shower pressure could use some improvement.

However, the check-in experience could have been smoother, as there was some confusion about our reservation. Overall, the breakfast was plentiful and a great way to start our day.

Wi-Fi connectivity was occasionally inconsistent.

We had a fantastic group vacation! The location was perfect for exploring, with easy access to Parque 93 and La Candelaria. The free breakfast was a great start to each day, and the internet worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend the spa for some relaxation!

One downside was the check-in experience. the staff didn’t seem very friendly, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff went above and beyond for my son's birthday, making him feel special. The breakfast was delicious and their attention to detail, remembering our orders, was impressive. A neat playground nearby kept the kids entertained, and the comfort of our room made it a great family stay.

My kids wished the jacuzzi was open as we had specifically looked forward to using it. It would also be great to have clearer communication about on-site amenities.

definitely want to stay in that area again

The King Room was roomy and had a flat-screen TV, minibar, and comfy bed with hypoallergenic pillows. Breakfast had fresh croissants and organic juices. The spa was a highlight with amazing back massages and a hot tub. Staff was attended and cleaned our room immaculately every day. Perfect spot near a supermarket and restaurants.

the staff at plaza were incredibly helpful and responded to all our extra requests. the location is perfect, just a short taxi ride from zona rosa. we loved the breakfast too, it was a delightful mix of local and international dishes that changed every day.
